Apparently, according to the sign, this is the best beach in Europe.
I'm not arguing with that. Makes this the best car-park view in Europe.
Zorlac having a nice time, this is probably the earliest skate he has had this year.
Wasn't even 3pm.
The legend, that is, Rodga Harvey was in town & we had a great time. Some of Rodga's pics are on FB.
If you have been to St Ives you might find this picture as amusing as I do. Never thought I would be standing here with these guys..
Thanks Hayle; you sweep up & it bites you. Reminded me of ROM with the "oh that's OK I'm wearing pads - oh no it just pushed the pad out of the way & gnoshed my knee" sort of thing.
Then Nick turns up for breakfast. When he called Matt to ask if he was coming to skate at around 10.30 am (yes I know..) Bain Peters says, "oi what are you doing with my mates phone"?!!
The 2J is a mighty lump, doesn't slide across the road quite as well as a Skyline though.
Skating Camborne was so cool, I've done it a good many times now, but this was the best session by far.
Then onto Portreath for a pool comp. They are all dreadful at pool, my skills were sufficient to keep me from having to find a single 50p to put in the table as I thrashed them all twice each. Just sayin'.
Rodga is probably the world's best at guessing the time. 20 to 4 & it was - to the minute..
Portreath is a lovely little cove, the views are to die for.
